Initial regional research, early infrastructure planning, and development of core platform features. This phase focuses on understanding local mobility needs and preparing for pilot operations.

Limited-area testing with selected partners, onboarding initial captains, and refining safety and service workflows.
Phase 3: Public Launch (Planned)
Gradual public rollout in Madhubani, followed by expansion across nearby regions based on pilot learnings.
